What is the Laser-Light Coaching Circle?

The Laser-Light Coaching Circle is a co-creative process that empowers a group of individuals to learn to prioritize, accomplish life goals, find balance, and fulfill their life’s purpose. At a time when people are transitioning in their careers and/or relationships, it is an important time for individuals to explore on a deeper level their vision and core values in order to take the appropriate action steps to move their lives forward. These changes can affect all areas of one’s life, including: health, family-life, time for fun and self-care, financial security, personal living environment, personal growth and spirituality. The Laser-Light Coaching Circle, facilitated by Rayna Lumbard, LMFT and Terri Snyder, MA, will give you the opportunity to assess how balanced your life is through the Circle of Life exercise. This will guide you to take set and prioritize the right goals, take the necessary action steps, and be accountable for making progress in balancing those key areas of your life. Being in balance provides you with more energy and the inspiration to live more fully and successfully. Although barriers arise that can throw you off balance or keep you from reaching your goals, affirming positive beliefs helps you stay focused on manifesting what you want and living your highest life’s purpose. This group is a fun way to discover how innately creative, resourceful, and whole you already are and what unique gifts and talents you are ready to share with the world.

Each Circle has six weekly sessions and meets from 7:00—9:00pm at OneHeart Center in beautiful Los Altos Hills. You may continue receiving coaching by re-enrolling for the next circle. It is a wonderful sphere of support to manifest what really serves you in your life!!

Rayna has created and developed this unique and powerful six-session coaching program for motivated people to work together to make quantum leaps in their personal growth while learning valuable coaching skills. You will have the opportunity to connect with a partner for mutual support and encouragement between sessions. Powerful guided visualization exercises will deepen your experience and access your higher wisdom and truth, assisting you in creating your positive, successful future with faith and confidence.

Rayna loves to assist people to achieve life balance and powerful breakthroughs in all areas of their lives. They work in a fun and uplifting manner by clarifying what other's truly want by deepening their commitment to their true life's purpose in their personal and professional lives. They also coach and conduct seminars for a variety of individuals, businesses, corporations, non-profit and spiritual organizations, and bookstores. 

By attending this Laser-Light Coaching Circle you will:
